Zeltia SA is a Spain-based holding company primarily engaged, through its subsidiaries, in the chemical and biopharmaceutical sectors. In the biopharmaceutical area the Company’s main subsidiaries are: PharmaMar SA, a biopharmaceutical company engaged in the research, development, production and marketing of marine-based drugs for application in oncology; Noscira SA, whose main activities comprise the research and development of drugs for diseases of the nervous system; Genomica SAU, which specializes in molecular diagnostics; and Sylentis SAU, focused on the developing of new therapeutic approaches based on gene silencing techniques. In the chemical sector the Company operates through Zelnova SA, which produces and markets cleaning products for household, industry and gastronomic establishments; and Xylazel SA and Copyr SpA, which are producers of paints, aerosols, varnishes, products for the ecological agriculture, as well as wood and metal protectors for the industrial sector.
